A Little Bit About Me…

I am Megan, the founder of The Wee Thistle Sleep Consultant and a qualified teacher. I became a Mum to a beautiful baby girl and learned first hand how challenging infant sleep can be. Nothing can truly prepare you for the sleep deprivation that comes with being a parent.

I was exhausted, stressed and looking for answers. I was not being the Mum I had imagined I would be. So I began to look for answers. Everywhere I looked and everyone I spoke to had conflicting information. I hit breaking point. I needed help. So I began to immerse myself in research, expanding my knowledge and passion for infant sleep.

Fast forward 12 years, with my personal and professional experience through working as a teacher of children with Additional Support Needs, I decided to formally qualify as a certified infant sleep consultant.
