About me…
Hi, I’m Megan!
I am a certified infant sleep consultant with a background in teaching and supporting children with complex additional support needs. Training to become a sleep consultant was driven by my experience of working with families for many years, and my love for helping others especially other Mum’s. I combined this with my experience as a teacher to create my approach which balances emotional needs with healthy boundaries that support children to thrive.
I believe that sleep is not just about sleep. When a child feels emotionally secure, safe, and understood, it creates a sense of calm and stability that allows them to relax and rest more deeply. Feeling regulated and supported emotionally helps children fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling refreshed, because their minds and bodies feel safe enough to let go and rest.
My Mission:
Through my unique approach I help families put loving boundaries in place whilst nurturing emotional security and connection. I give families not only sleep support but support that looks at the whole picture. I go beyond sleep itself by exploring the attachment and emotional layers that shape a child’s behaviour and wellbeing.
Using a Sleep Diary and Wellbeing Journal, I help parents gain clarity and track progress, while a Sleep and Emotion Review after the first five days ensures my approach adapts to the child’s needs. Alongside this, I share practical emotional regulation tools and attachment-focused play ideas to nurture security and connection, as well as parent mindset strategies that build confidence and consistency.
My guidance doesn’t only improve sleep in the short-term — it strengthens emotional regulation, independence, and resilience that little ones can carry with them as they grow.
